My mission is to create an environment for people to experience the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga by creating the environment and providing the tools of a multifaceted education for the student of the modern yogic lifestyle.

Most popular styles of Yoga are Yang in nature. They emphasize muscular effort and repetition. We also need to learn to relax, be patient, quiet ourselves and focus on the skeleton and its joints. That's where Yin Yoga comes into play. This unheated yoga class is designed to open up deep connective tissues and lubricate joints. As you incorporate this class into your yoga practice, the body experiences new depths in postures, deeper ranges of motion and even an increased flow of energy. Yin is for all fitness levels, beginners to advanced students.
