I am a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher, founder of Eleven Eleven Yoga and developer of the Eleven Eleven Yoga Method. With over 25 years of practice and 13 years of professional experience teaching group, private, and online classes. My journey with yoga began early in my youth and has evolved through many stages of life. Today, I bring a unique blend of mindfulness, movement, and holistic wellness to each class I lead, with the goal of inspiring others to live balanced and healthy lifestyles.
Drawing from a diverse yoga background—including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Nidra, Tantra, Pre/Postnatal, Sculpt, Flow, Hot and Ashtanga Yoga—along with breathwork (pranayama) and mindfulness meditation, I am proud to be an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) and a Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider (YACEP).
With over 1,000 hours of teacher training and continuing education in addition to my own studies, I design bespoke yoga experiences, lessons, and group classes that focus on personalized wellness through the practice of yoga. My teaching style is gentle, compassionate, and rooted in tradition, yet adaptable to the unique needs of each student. I believe that when individuals thrive, they bring that positive energy to their communities. I’ve seen firsthand how yoga creates more mindful, health-focused communities.
I specialize in Yoga Flow, Hatha, Vinyasa, Hot Yoga and Yin Yoga, offering 1:1 personalized yoga coaching, small group classes, corporate wellness, and bespoke luxury yoga experiences. My approach is rooted in the belief that yoga provides lifelong benefits for the body, mind, and spirit—no matter where you are on your wellness journey. The result of that is balanced living, and stress reduction by focusing on health, wealth, love and perfect self-expression.
When I’m not teaching yoga, I support wealth management clients, spend time with my family and I pursue my other passions of coaching holistic health, mindfulness, meditation, and creative movement. I love to practice yoga, Pilates, Barre, and functional fitness. I love the pacific northwest and it's beautiful to get outside to the gardens, a local hike or fish at the coast with my brother. These interests continually shape and enrich my yoga, coaching, and appreciation to live this wonderful gift of life.
